Hey all.
I’m planning to move to Tokyo next September due to an exchange agreement my current university has. I’ve been doing a bit of early research into possible places to rent, taking into account the location and overall cost. I came across this website ([https://fujimihouse.jp/?lang=en](https://fujimihouse.jp/?lang=en)) which has everything that I would be looking for.
Thing is, it sound almost too good to be true. No key money, no guarantor, no agent fee and all the rooms are furnished. Am I missing something here or is it actually the best possible option out there? Of course, most of the rooms aren’t available but there’s still plenty of time before my trip.
I’d appreciate if anyone could tell me something more about this company or other possible options in terms of affordable housing for students for relatively short time (1 year).
Many thanks!

This doesn’t look too dissimilar from other share houses in Tokyo. For the space these seem to give you, you might be better off shopping around, even taking into account the low fees – most share houses don’t charge much in the way of additional fees, or expect guarantors, anyway.
I’d keep looking around, you’ve got a year.
