Is there some mnemonic or rhyme to help memorize particles and grammar structure?

I’ve learned how to read Hiragana and Katakana in my I troductory course in university, but I’m still struggling on grammar and particle use. Our class goes at break neck speed (several people dropped halfway through the course because it’s so intense), and we have a mid term this week. I have the time to study, but I’m banging my head against a wall when it comes to this.

は、を、に、へ、の、と、で、や、よ、ね、も, etc

I think I understand the meaning of most of them, but using them and creating sentences is my main struggle for classwork. (aside from Kanji. Kanji is a nightmare for me and I’m shocked we’re learning all 3 alphabets within 2 months, 60 kanji to learn)
