Tokyo itinerary 11/16-11/19 feedback needed

We’re arriving in Haneda on 11/16 and will be staying in Shinjuku for a few days before going to Lake Kawaguchiko for a couple days then to Kyoto and Osaka, then back to Tokyo.

Can anyone give feedback on how this looks? Is there a better way to arrange some of the sites/activities on these days to be more efficient with time? Anything I should add worth visiting nearby or remove?

Also looking for feedback on best way to get to Kawaguchiko from Tokyo then to Kyoto.

  1. > Owl cafe in Harajuku

Unless you thrive on animal abuse – please, do not patronize owl cafes. And no, there are no ethical owl cafes, especially since owls are nocturnal and predatory animals – and to keep environment safe for the patrons, they need to be tied to perches and drugged.

I’m fairly sure that if you choose that route by the time you get to Ueno Park – you would have only time for a dinner/bar somewhere. This is realistically speaking itinerary for 2 whole days.

This is running all over town.

TLDR: You should try combine activities that are actually on the same side of Tokyo and are actually doable in the limited timeframe.

  2. >Kabukicho Tiny bars in golden gai Izakaya alley

There aren’t a lot Izakayas in Golden Gai. Almost none. You’d need to cross the avenue (Yasukuni) to get a few near Shinjuku Sanchome.
