Not sure if this is a bit of a silly question but are they interchangeable or are there specific contexts either must be used in?I originally thought 僕の名前は… was used when introducing yourself with just one name while 私の名前…was used for stating multiple names but my language learning app says otherwise lol.
If anyone could provide me with some clarification that would be great thanks haha.

Contextual.
First person pronouns are *functionally* interchangeable, but are appropriate for different situations.
Use 私 until you’re more familiar with how levels of formality work, as 私 is probably the most neutral.
Mostly you can Just drop all of it and Just say はじめまして[Name]です
It’s also gendered. You usually won’t find females saying 僕, mostly males.
