[ADVICE] Rakuten UN-LIMIT Application issues.

I am trying to apply for the Rakuten UN-LIMIT plan but I am getting a response that I have to renew my residence card. I renewed my card last month….SMH and have even uploaded my Jyumin Hyo as proof, still nothing. Anyone have a work around or solution to this. Thanks in advance.

  1. You can try applying in a Rakuten store if you have one nearby. But I would suggest to get an alternative like Ahamo or Povo. Not sure if they fixed the connection issues but last year it was crap in Tokyo inside buildings.

  3. don’t use rakuten’s smartphone/internet products. It is always operated badly
