I plan to bike tour from Tokyo to Osaka/Kyoto sometime in June of 2023 by following the [Pacific Cycling Road](https://www.kkr.mlit.go.jp/road/pcr/about-pcr.html) over 4 weeks.
I plan to forward my bike travel case from Tokyo to Osaka/Kyoto.
I looked at [TA-Q-BIN](https://www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/ytc/en/send/services/takkyubin/), but my bike travel case (Bike Alan Box) unfortunately exceeds size 200. Its size is 277 cm (L 133cm x H 94cm x W 50cm).
However these FAQ entries seem to indicate Yamato will be able to transport my bike travel case since it does not need to be packed into a cardboard box:

Can anyone provide some insights to this? Are there other options/services I can consider?
Ideally, I’d like to send my bike travel case from Tokyo to Osaka/Kyoto, and after 4 weeks, pick it up in Osaka/Kyoto a few days before I depart from Japan. I plan to use TA-Q-BIN to move my regular sized luggage from hotel to hotel.
