14 days in late May – Tokyo > Kinosaki Onsen > Kyoto

Hey there

First trip to Japan, planning on a slower trip, i.e not a lot of hotel hopping and locations.

We like music (electronica), food, drinks, both traditional and modern Japanese culture. Any tips on things to do would be great. We are happy to visit perhaps a shrine or two in each city, a few nice parks.

The things listed are general and in no particular order; I plan to map them out soon so we don’t have too much walking between.

Would love distillery recommendations and off the beaten path places to visit. My feeling is we’ll do a bit of wandering and see what we see bookended with some must dos in attractions and food options.
