How to find motivation and time for work out when you have very little of both?
signed a seishain contract that has a 6 month probation period.
Currently 3 months in and i think the company is going to end it early.
If they decide to end my probation early, are they allowed to do it effective immediately or do they have to give me 30 days notice?
also is PV paid out in japan if someone is laid off and they have some remaining?
