I have some information on this but some of it seems a bit unclear.
So far as I have confirmed;
1. Having a spousal visa means that I do not need to apply for “Permission to engage in designated activities” in any capacity.
What I would like to confirm;
1. Can I theoretically engage in multiple full time jobs if my employment contract does not forbid it?
2. Am I required to disclose this in any capacity to the company? It was my understanding that with “Permission to Engage in designated activities” changed in the last year to remove the requirement to inform my company.
3. If I cannot engage in multiple full time jobs, is there a limit on the type of “side work” I can do? Is it limited by hours?

1. yes.
2. no. no need to inform anyone.
3. no, you can do whatever you want on spouse visa. by definition it’s not tied to your “work” anymore.

From an immigration POV, you can have any and any number of jobs you want.
