Should I read chainsaw man to improve my japanese?

I am at JLPT N4. I have already read beginner friendly mangas like shirokuma and yotsuba.
And i am getting a very good deal and even have a reduced delivery cost coupon for cd Japan making the cost of manga including shipping around 6000¥ making it a really tempting deal.
Should I buy it? Will I be able to read it? Im at N4 since 3-4 months and i study for N3.

  1. Just about anything is fine as long as you’re motivated to learn from it (yes, even ones with made-up words and weird grammar, as long as you’re aware). With that said, it’ll definitely have vocab past N4 expectations, but Japanese people use them all the time anyway, so if you’re in it for the long haul, you’ll need to learn them at some point anyway.

With that said, the best learning happens when you can understand most of what you’re reading, watching or listening to. If it turns out to be too difficult, you can just shelf the Japanese manga for now, read it in English/watch it subbed, and then come back to it when you’ve improved and use it to benchmark your progress.
