4. I heard this is great when you drink some sake right after each bite. Or it might have been inards…it was on a anime called Izakaya Nobu and man it actually looked good lol

7. I was shirako at a restaurant in Tokyo when I visited in 2018 – I didn’t speak any Japanese at the time so they just brought us a selection of dishes. It tasted pretty good, so… thanks, Japan?
