Random question, does anyone know the nearest city vibe (like shibuya) near matsudo, chiba? Shibuya used to be fave city and i loved going there. But since recently moving, it is now quite far from me. Im looking for a new “go-to” spot with a city vibe.

Tokyo Station? Direct on the Ueno-Tokyo or Joban lines.
The closest “active” area you can get from Matsudo is Kashiwa.
Chiba’s Shibuya, Kashiwa is super close. Kitasenju and Ueno are not too far either.
