My wife and I moved back to America almost 1 year ago. She is Japanese and her bank might freeze her card. We are trying to not let that happen because if they do, she has to go back to Japan just to get a new card. She has Resona bank and she has been able to use it here(some places). Is there any way to stop her bank from freezing her account so that she can still use her card?
