As the title states, I’d like to use my dollars to purchase gift cards for my Amazon Japan account. I don’t have a credit card linked to my PayPal account.
There is the option of just sending the money to my Yucho account, then purchasing gift cards at the conbini, but I’d lose a bit to transfer fees.
Has anyone had success doing this?
*The Amazon Gift Card payment page doesn’t have an option for PayPal.

tldr: It’s not possible.
reason: paypaldigitalgifts or whatever website can only be used to buy amazon.com (U.S.) gift cards. Amazon JP does not take paypal as a payment method. Paypal Japan does not have a “paypal credit card” available that you’d be able to use to purchase gift card. withdraw to bank and cash out is the only option.
Register your US credit or debit card as a payment option in your Amazon Japan account, then select it as the payment method to pay for the gift cards.
