Quite new to Japan and was wondering where and if I can find Tunisian/Moroccan/Algerian/Egyptian communities in Tokyo or nearby areas like Yokohama, Kawasaki or even Chiba.
Suggestions on groups, activities, events etc are highly appreciated.

I don’t know the specific nationalities, but Tokyo has a few mosques. Maybe they will be good places to meet people?
Try the consulates. As people from these countries in Japan are fewer, consulates are generally open to introducing to other fellow countrymen in Japan. My friend from one of these countries was introduced to other countrymen by the consulate, that later turned into a job with employer of one of the introduced person.
