One of my favorite white shirt has been stained from rust of old sewerage system. And i searched for stain remover or Petroxide or at least white vinegar. But neither of those products are sold in the supermarket or department store i know of. And it’s my last hope to ask from fellow redditors. It would be really helpful if you know any place that sells one of those near akihabara or kinshicho or Tamachi station. Please help.

Rub salt and a lemon into it.
I use Dr. Beckmann products for all stains. You can buy it at the international supermarkets and Amazon.
If you go to a 100 yen shop like Seria you can find sodium percarbonate and sodium sesquicarbonate. Get a plastic bucket, dilute those powders in hot water, add some detergent as well and let your shirt soak for a few hours. That should do.
