Moving to Japan after finishing a medicine degree (but with a caveat)

I know this is a frequently asked question, and the answer is usually “unrealistic/practically impossible”.

However, I am currently fluent in Japanese and have a good grasp of the medical terminology, and this simplifies the process.

What hurdles would I have to jump through to get a job as a doctor after passing the licensing exams?
