I don’t know what country they are from but they seem to be of southeast or east asian descent. Can’t understand what they are thinking. Has anyone else come across this? Three times while driving through Gifu prefecture I had to slam on my brakes to avoid them. Please be careful.

You can post this without bringing race into it.
You should hit them, but make sure they’re dead first so there’s no witnesses or they wake up and ask for compensation.

Could be that they are from a LHD country and are checking the wrong side of the road first.
Sometimes i wish i could walk everywhere
I have more scares with drivers who pull into the street without checking for pedestrians or cyclists.
