This Sunday morning, I paid for two of my Mercari purchases at my local Lawson. I received the receipt and all but on Mercari, the status is still stuck on pending payment.
Does Mercari not update statuses on weekends or could this be a larger problem?
In the past, payment confirmation was pretty much instant but I got no updates today. I asked Lawson for assistance and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.
I’ve contacted Mercari support but still waiting for a response. Anxiety increasing 🥲
