  1. I always advise people to just choose to stay in Kyoto or Osaka but not both. They are only 30 minutes apart by train. It’s not worth the hassle of checking out of an airbnb in Kyoto after two days on the morning of the 31st, then schlepping your luggage on a train and possibly having to wait to check into an airbnb in Osaka.

I also wouldn’t go back to Tokyo on the 3rd, check into another Tokyo Airbnb, check out on the 4th, etc. Just get a morning train direct to the Tokyo airport on the 4th in time for your 4:40p flight.

Or, if you are flying out of Haneda, maybe spend the night of the 3rd in Yokohama.

  2. Hard to say if you’re trying to do too much “explore city” is kinda vague doesn’t give an idea of if the areas you want to explore on a given day is realistic or not.

As far as overall plan it seem okay depending on what you want to do in Kyoto seems somewhat short, but not really sure what you want to do there. You could save some travel time if you can book a flight into Tokyo and out of Osaka.

  3. That’s funny, those are the exact dates I’m going too! I hope you have fun on your trip <3
