  1. I thought the reason for the weakening is that there were massive shortages of food foodstuffs and energy exports globally, which Japan relies on to via imports.

  2. Technical analysis and forecasts indicate there is a way to go still. This ride will get a little bit more bumpy. Oil increases are going to exasperate the impact on the Yen for the remainder of the year. They can only wish for a global recession.

  3. Unfortunately, things will only get worse as Japan’s population continues to age and the recession the west faces gets worse. Japan really needs to open their tourism back up or you will start to see the Japanese economy suffer in the coming years.
