Why is it that on porn sites people use 「包茎」in titles to mean erection but it actually means phimosis?

  1. Have you looked closely at the penises in this porn? 包茎 is often tagged when the head’s peepin’ past the foreskin, but the dude (or futa) has a long foreskin that doesn’t go down all the way. Like a little face peeking out of a turtleneck sweater.
