I know my completely silent neighbors wouldn’t mind if I’m out there shirtless, beads of sweat glimmering off my chest, boombox pumping… but my wife insists that I hire a construction company to redo the concrete slab used for bike parking on the side of our house.

A lot of home centers do this. Call around and ask them.
Would check ジモティ for guys freelancing this sort of work in your area. You can read the reviews and see how past work has gone. That’s how we found an electrician/aircon guy after moving to a new area and he’s been fantastic.
Go or call local home center as they usually have some renovation services. Or get estimates from sites like these

But to be honest if it’s just sealing up cracks just get stuff at home center or online and show your skills on WCGW sub.
