Saw this at the Japanese market today for green tea ice cream , however I don’t know how to go about making it as the instructions are all in Japanese. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I use my Google translate app with my camera to translate these packages – can you get that app and use your phone camera?
I can’t post a photo of the translated package here – let me try and send it to you in a DM
1. Mix the matcha powder and milk 200ml. Mix very well! 2. Put the mixture in a freezer safe container. Keep in the freezer for three hours. And enjoy! ( leave in a room temp if it gets too hard. )
I can speak Japanese so I’ll give it a crack.
1. In a bowl mix together the matcha ice-cream ingredients and milk, making sure there are no clumps left behind. Point: make sure to mix the ingredients and milk well.
2. Put the mixture in freezer-safe cups and place in the freezer until frozen (should take around 3 hours).
In the green speech bubble: If it becomes too hard, leave outside at room temperature for a little while before eating.
