  1. Was wondering about this:

    > 明日の授業で、 あたしが先生にあてられることってありますか?

    Context: A girl gets a magical item. She can ask it a question and supposedly a fortune will come out with the answer. So she tries it and asks the above.

    I was wondering, what does あてられる mean here? I doubt it means the sensei is actually striking something, does it mean to be called on to answer a question by the teacher, maybe?
