  1. Too fancy for my tastes. I am a purist when it comes to Sushi and steak. Good steak(or sushi) doesn’t need all that added stuff.

  2. Almost looks AI-generated, it’s so pretty. I feel like it’s more of a crudo dish than sashimi, but where does one draw the line anyway?

  4. Uchi in Denver does a similar dish with mandarin oranges. I was surprised how good it was
