I am planning for my trip to Japan around March, preferably when the sakura blossom is at it’s peak, since the first time I went to Japan, it was close to the middle of April and I had missed most of it. It was a week, and I didn’t get to visit everything I wanted to during that time, also with me being stressed out about reaching some of them, it was a bit of a miracle I made it to the other places.
While I plan to go to Osaka and Kyoto, I’m opposed to being there more than a day, due to the commute (to and back) and having to stay at more than one place if I were to stay at each for more than a day.
Some things to note:
1. I’m not a seafood person, so that’s gonna cross out a lot of places
2. I want to try mostly Japanese food, I’m tired of American food as it is
3. Since the onsen I had in mind at Odaiba closed, any alternatives within reason? As a co-worker recommended Kusatsu Onsen in Gunma, but I’m a bit hesitant with the commute
I don’t have much of a draft of the first 7 days, but there’s some spots to fill in some of it and another week that I haven’t planned yet, which is mostly because I’m still looking around.

* Day 1 (Tokyo) – This is planned, taking place mostly in Akihabara, with Tokyo Station being on the way, and this day being dedicated to getting most of my hobby related interests out of the way.
* Cafe Benisica \[Very late breakfast\]

* Bandai Head Office – It’s more of a point of interest if anything

* Super Potato – Retro game hunting, open to other stores besides Traders/RGC/Surugaya
* Book-Off – More retro game hunting
* Coco Ichibanya \[Dinner\] – I’ve had to help make my own katsu curry and rice at home, now it’s time to have it here

I didn’t know Tamashii Nations had a physical store, adding to my list! As for food, I’m not a seafood eater either, would recommend checking out yakitori and shabu shabu (Nabezo) as options.
Going all the way to Ishinomaki seems a bit far… is it just for the Manga museum?
You can stop at Shiobara onsen on your way there though. [Bus from Nasu-shiobara station](https://jrbuskanto.co.jp/bus_etc/cntimep01.cfm?pa=1&pb=1&pc=j0360111&pd=0&st=1). You also have Akiu Onsen and Zao onsen. It will probably require an overnight in that area.
