I will be going to Japan for 17 days in May (landing at Narita airport) and need some guidance on how long to spend in each city/town. I have made a list of the places that I would like to visit, although the list will probably grow some more as I’m still in the researching phase. I have watched quite a few videos but it can get overwhelming, I imagine Tokyo would be the place I stay the longest (5-7 days?). Also open to suggestions on other things or places that are a must visit, which are not on my list. Plan on having a relaxed holiday, so don’t want to be rushing from place to place.
