  1. Yellowtail, medium fatty tuna, seabass, tamagoyaki (homemade), scallops, sweet prawn, ikura, & shiso leaves. Kind of homemade in that I sliced everything that needed to be sliced. Slightly messed up the seabass – I got it v thin but couldn’t arrange it nicely. On the side we had sushi rice, shredded daikon, ponzu, white soy sauce, wasabi, & homemade furikake.
