Elevator Etiquette

I’ve looked into elevator greetings but haven’t been able to find what to say when leaving the elevator. This is primarily for when leaving my apartment elevator. When leaving I’ve heard others tell me onegaishimasu and have adopted to using that but is there other/better phrases I should know? There are other ones said for sure but none I can remember.
