I’m stlll learning how to sing, and it’s getting better. But I’m afraid by the time I want to start uploading (I want to start young at 14 which is my current age), I won’t be able to even speak some japanese. I would like to use music as my main input, but considering getting natural pronunciation, using slang, and knowing lot’s of kanji, it seems I’ll never be able to upload on niconco.
I understad learning a language takes time, but I don’t want to avoid uploading on niconico because my japanese is poor. I want it be more natural, and to be able to communicate with my fans (which my target audience would be people in japan). I’m just using niconico as a start for being an utaite, but with all this mind, I feel like I’ll never be able to do it.
Is there anything I can do, and to ‘stop wasting time’, or improve some parts of my japanese faster?
Help is appreciated.

You might want to learn vocab and grammar, as well as become literate in Japanese using a more generalized approach (described many times in comments as well as the sub’s wiki) alongside the music stuff. As much as I advocate for learning through music, if you learn through *only* music, your Japanese output almost certainly **not** be all that natural.
To communicate with a fan, you’ll probably need to be fluent enough to use monolingual dictionaries – not that such dictionary is strictly necessary for your goal, but in that Japanese internet slangs, including ones common in the niconico ecosystem, aren’t going to have English websites explaining their meaning and usage.
I can’t recommend any learning stuff unfortunately, but you know, knowing how far you need to get to achieve your goal is also important as well.
