1. TOジュニア、集英社みらい文庫 and 角川つばさ have books with full furigana. 5分後 series dosen’t but typically has it on words with kanji for 6th grade and above. They are also short story anthologies with a theme. They are mostly ment for children so you might find it hard to find something interesting to you.

3. Unless you really want physical books, I would recommend using a pop-up dictionary like Yomichan, which will then also remove the need to have furigana and allows you to read whatever you want.

It is a mystery but also has slice of life elements and is a fun read.
