Bunpro and Renshuu are what I use. Bunpro for grammar and Renshuu for vocabulary. I still haven’t found a perfect site for reading though.
So far I’m having quite a bit of success as a complete beginner learning hiragana on Tofugu.
I’m sure if you searched hard enough, you can get the free pdf of genki i and ii as well as the audio, but like I said, cough*, search for it. I don’t condemn pirating stuff. Can’t tell you for sure that last statement was a lie or not either. Other than that lingq is a paid service but it’s great for immersion. You can import most content like YouTube videos and it’s like an interactive reader where you can click on words, with built in dictionary etc. Not necessary but definitely much faster than using a dictionary.
