If something is stated as ” **30万円** ” does that mean 30,000 or 300,000?

Trouser fly as in pants zipper
社会の窓 doesn’t mean fly. It’s means “window to society” and it’s used when someone zipper is down. I think Duolingo uses the jisho api. But jisho is sometimes wrong as it has an open source community.
In England (north) we say “you have egg on your chin”
So it doesn’t directly mean fly. But it’s a politer way to let someone know
For zipper (the thing) they use チャック or ジッパー – but the phrase specifically means your trouser zipper is open.
