Almost 2023! Happy pre new year everyone. I’d like to ask if anyone currently lives in Okinawa, any of the islands, and works 100% remotely. I have the opportunity to move
in the near future and am considering Naha. What’s it like? Have visited Naha once like 10 years ago, and remember it being pretty nice. Yes, vacationing is absolutely different than day to day life, and I realize Okinawa has its downsides like the poverty rate and inflated housing costs, but from what I’ve seen, it isn’t too crazy like central Tokyo would be. What’s the vibe these days? Thanks in advance for your stories!
