1. Had some fam over and although they mostly look the same there are 6 diff variations.

2. 155 gr for each of the rice balls

5. Oh my sweet summer child, you’re using too much rice. Try 1/3 rice to 2/3 filling. Otherwise your technique looks pretty good 😊 keep going!
