Mr. Tokyo is great as always—they have all you can eat sushi & appetizers, a really good value. I also got a deep fried crab and asparagus roll which was delicious (f the haters)
This was my first time trying masago on its own…it wasn’t bad but I didn’t really love it either. I think I like it more as a topping, but I could still acquire a taste for it.

Hey neighbor! Mr Tokyo is such a great spot.
What other places in town do you like? I’ve been to Ru San’s, but that’s it. Have you been to New Zealand Cafe? I’ve heard good things but haven’t made it there yet.
Stay away from tilapia.

Stay away from any place that serves tilapia. And stay further away if they.claim its red snapper. They are not concerned about quality.

So much snobbery over the Tilapia… It’s actually a pretty decent lean fish for nigiri. It has a very nice texure to it and tastes pretty good, especially when brushed with ponzu or sweet shoyu.
