Do you still get a withholding slip for December when you’ve only worked until July?

Basically the title. I left Japan in August and filed for lump sum pension. Was hoping to request for tax refund together with the income tax refund. I’ve always had dependents so I get a little bit of my income tax back.

Any insights or info would be appreciated.
