Itinerary check: 24 days in March – April for 2 adults

Hi everyone, first time visit planned for Japan to see the major sites and attractions. We have yet to finalise everything we want to see and do but I would appreciate if you could take a look over our proposed itinerary as we are wanting to make sure the route makes sense for the 14 day JR pass we want to buy so we can make the most out of it

* March 16 – arrive at Narita in the evening

* March 17 – full day Disney Sea

* March 18 – Tokyo

* March 19 – travel to Nagano (Day 1 JR pass)

* March 20 – Nagano

* March 21 – Nagano

* March 22 – travel to Hiroshima

* March 23 – Hiroshima

* March 24 – travel to Osaka

* March 25 – Osaka

* March 26 – Osaka

* March 27 – Osaka

* March 28 – Osaka

* March 29 – Osaka

* March 30 – Osaka

* March 31 – travel to Tokyo

* April 1 – Tokyo (Day 14 JR pass)

* April 2 – Tokyo

* April 3 – travel to Hakone

* April 4 – Hakone

* April 5 – travel to Tokyo

* April 6 – Tokyo

* April 7 – Tokyo

* April 8 – depart Tokyo for evening flight

Notes:
* we will be doing day trips to Nara, Kobe and Kyoto from Osaka, and using Osaka as a base instead of moving hotels to stay in Kyoto.

* we will be doing day trips to Yokohama, Nikko and Kawasaki (and maybe other places) from Tokyo.

* planning to get the Hakone pass which is why we have left Hakone at the end of the trip after our JR pass has finished

Questions:
* is the above route feasible on the JR pass?

* is there a better order we should visit the above main cities? (We want to leave Nagano at the start of the trip to make the most of the end of the snow season at Shiga Kogen)

Thank you in advance and I appreciate any tips that anyone can offer!
