A whois lookup of the domain says it’s been registered for about 2 years and is registered in Fukuoka – take that for what it’s worth.
there’s a few topics about it on chiebukuro and it doesn’t look good. the other post says they’re in Fukuoka but the Yahoo answers talk about a company in kanagawa. not to mention weird prices. i would stay away.

Probably better using Applied if you want PC parts.
I’d say newegg or amazon are better choices
