Why did I wait so long to try this incredible stuff?

  1. Oh my god. I saw a video about this stuff and tried it. It’s SO GOOD. It’s completely different than standard soy sauce. Somehow it’s… richer? More full of flavor? I’ve never had anything like it. It’s a game changer for me! It’s expensive but a little bit goes a long way!

  2. Could a premium soy sauce like this be used for cooking, or would that ruin it and it should only be used for sushi/sashimi and finishing dishes?

    I’ve only recently upgraded to something else from Kikkoman, and am considering exploring other premium soy sauces.
