Maybe less about the ramen and more about the pork belly. Most of the places I’ve tried use that generic pork belly purchased from an outside company.
Do you know of any places that make pork belly in house? I know of Jirō Ramen but that isn’t exactly pork belly.. I’d like to hear your thoughts!

/u/namajapan is a regular poster on /r/ramen and IIRC actually has a ramen lovers channel on one of the services that will not be named **(DON’T)**.
Also a location would probably help you since someone suggesting someplace in Hokkaido isn’t going to be useful if you live in Okinawa.
If you like spicy ramen then Kikanbo near akihabara has amazing pork.
Nejishiki ramen in Hatagaya has fabulous pork as well.
If its pork belly or not im not sure, but its very good pork at least 😀
