I applied seven days ago for spots to visit both the Katsura Imperial Villa and Shugakuin in April. The website says to allow a few days for a response. I sent an email followup two days ago and still have not heard anything. Any experience on how long a response and/or confirmation takes?
Edit: I was approved but they failed to email me my confirmations. Had to call!

todays tuesday and yesterday was a holiday. they probably don’t work weekends
I applied for Katsura Imperial Villa jan 7th and got the response jan 8th. The tour is on 4th april.
