10 day visit in Tokyo, Osaka (Itinerary check)

Hi! First time visitor, going with my GF to Tokyo. (we love anime and video games) None of us have been to Japan before. Would love some advice on hidden gems we might be missing in the areas we explore

**Arrival: 6th March – Tokyo (Narita)**

**Departure: 15th March – Tokyo (Narita)**

**DAY 0 3/6:** **We will arrive at 6pm in Tokyo Narita**

Shared Tokyo Airport Transfers to our hotel in Chiyoda City

**DAY 1. 3/7:** **Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku**

MameShiba Café –> Hachiko Statue –> Shibuya Crossing (Starbucks)

Shopping in Shibuya –> Nintendo Tokyo –> ONE PIECE Straw Hat Store –> afternoon Harajuku –> Takeshita Street that sells engraved chopsticks –> Ura-Harajuku –> Enjoy a Harajuku Crepe –> Purikura Nora photo

Shinjuku at night –> Drinks & Pachinko

**DAY 2. 3/8:** **Mt Fuji day trip (Get back at 7 PM in Shinjuku area)**

**DAY 3. 3/9:** **Ikebukuro and Meiji Shrine (Pokemon Day)**

Pokemon Café (near our hotel) –> Explore Ikebukuro –> Visit Japan’s biggest Pokemon Centre –> Sunshine City –> grab Lunch –> afternoon Meiji Shrine

After the Meiji Shrine closes, head back to Harajuku and grab some dinner

**DAY 4. 3/10:** **Universal Studios Osaka** (6h travel time)

**DAY 5. 3/11:** **Asakusa and Akihabara**

Get breakfast in Asakusa –> Sensoji Temple –> Predict the future with O-mikuji

After visiting the temple walk through Nakamise Street

Afternoon Akihabara till evening Dinner in Akihabara

**DAY 6. 3/12:** **Disneysea**

**DAY 7. 3/13:** **Ginza and Koto City**

Kirby Café –> Chuo-dori –> Hamarikyu Gardens.

Koto City Visit –> Teamlab Planets –> Hello Kitty Store

**DAY 8. 3/14:** **Shinjuku, Minato, and Roppongi**

Gyoen National Park –> Robot Restaurant in Shinjuku –> Metropolitan Government Building –> afternoon to Minato –> Zojoji Temple –> Tokyo Tower –> Roppongi Hills Mori Tower –> RED° TOKYO TOWER (games to play) –> Back to Shinjuku–> after 5pm at Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane)

**DAY 9. 3/15:** **Our last day**

Check out at 10am –> luggage storage in train station –> buying souvenirs for family and friends

\–> Depart at 6 pm

    The Pokemon Cafe is a good 30+ minutes from Ikebukuro, and assuming you get the first time in the Cafe, (10:00) you want to make sure to spend the entire 1.5 hour reservation slot there, because it’s usually towards the end the person in the Pikachu or Eevee costume comes out and dances around. I think you won’t be getting lunch until relatively late unless you don’t eat much at the cafe.

    Since you are staying in a hotel near Tokyo Station, why wouldn’t you ask them to hold your bags for you after checkout?
