Are there any dialects or regional languages that still use or pronounce ゐ, ゑ and を (or others)?

  1. I’ve met a few people from the Saga and Nagasaki area that still pronounced を with a slight W sound, but I don’t think anyone uses ゐ or ゑ outright. You’ll still hear the slight Y or W at times, like in the name Inoue, where one might have used those two in older times, but even with brands like ヱビス, it’s still pronounced Ebisu.
