Hi. I wanted to ask for your advice. Is there an exchange agency for studying in Japan that includes Masters degree ? I would like to spent a Semester there but all agencies only offer Bachelors courses. I have look at many places but I have not found one.
I hope you can help me.

I was only able to apply through partner universities. Maybe check with your university if the partner any in Japan.
If not there might be the option to go as a free mover. I think Kyoto U has the possibility to do this.
Maybe Hokkaido U’s summer institute fits your needs? I’m not quite sure if you can do an actual exchange without going through your university, but this might be close to what you’re looking for.

Grad school tends to be based around research/thesis work, which means studying abroad would derail a lot of those plans. It’s mainly something for undergraduates.
At the graduate level in general you don’t do “exchange” but instead you search for fellowships to support your research abroad.
Note that this is different from being an undergrad where it’s all about having a sort of personal cultural experience— fellowships for research in Japan are supposed to enrich and support your graduate research project. Or support some sort of intellectual exchange or similar.
Ask your advisor and your home department if they can point you towards relevant fellowships that would facilitate research in Japan.
