Foreigner looking for an Entry Level Finance Job in Japan, Need Help

Hello,

So a little background, I am a 26-year-old male with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Canada. I am looking to find an entry-level Finance Job for myself abroad. For Japan specifically what websites should I take a look at? I noticed each country has a popular website as we do here in Canada such as indeed, however, I need a website in English so I can read and understand the jobs being offered. Also if I was to secure a job in Japan, would the employer/company help financially or in any way to help me move with a visa and whatnot?

Any tips and recommendations? Would Japan be a good choice?

I am looking for long-term permanent work, at least for 4 years or so. I want to build up my resume and work my way up from an entry-level work position to something with better pay and experience.

Also, is it easy for a Canadian to get a work visa? how is living for a foreigner? expensive? cheap?

  1. Why do you want to work in Japan should be the first thing to think about.

Not as easy as you seem to think it is, this isn’t an English speaking country, so you will need Japanese, especially in finance.
