They just did kancho (fingers up the bum) on my grandmother in the elderly home. Is that legal?

   Did they at least ask her first?

   Bear in mind that this is a care home. You should probably clarify whether this is a normal place, or run by abusive psychopaths.

   *We occasionally needed to pop one of these up our youngest lad’s bum when he went too long without going potty. As you can imagine, nobody really enjoys that. But it gets the job done. Being constipated for too long can cause all sorts of nasty problems.

3. I’m sorry this is happening to your family. It must be very distressing. But for what it’s worth a real kancho is not actually fingers, it’s a medical procedure called an enema which is done with medical equipment. The prank kancho is named after the real kancho.

4. Go ahead and try sue. Probably loose more to the lawyer than you would ever hope to gain, because you clearly know better than a trained care staff that deemed a “kancho” (also known as an enema, a legitimate medical procedure) was necessary.
   Perhaps their bedside manner was lacking given that she is suffering from dementia, but surely a lawsuit will fix the medical and care establishment making more on par with the pristine level of care and cost efficient system in other countries, such as America.
