Cinnamon cornflakes? I never even heard of those in the US. Gyomu has imitation Cinnamon Toast Crunch though, called Cinnamotti (or something close to that).
Probably a stupid answer, but have you considered sprinkling regular cornflakes with cinnamon?
Larger Donkis have Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Golden Grahams and a few others.
The Donki in Sakae has cinnamon toast crunch and other cereals. Or you can buy oatmeal/corn flakes + cinnamon sugar at a supermarket
I’ve also seen a variety of different American cereals in Donki. But they are like 1300yen a box!
Just sprinkle some cinnamon/cinnamon sugar on regular cereal?

This seems like a post about shopping, maybe your question is solved by [the wiki page](https://www.reddit.com/r/japanlife/wiki/shopping)?
