Okay I have a weird one for you. I went to an arcade today called Monkey Trick
モンキートリック Near Hirakata, and they had some pachinko machines. I sat down and actually won quite a few of these “medals” sort of tokens with the name of the arcade on them. they had a machine that will hold the tokens like a bank for 30 days, but I can’t seem to figure out what i’m supposed to do with them. Can I cash them in or?

Medals cannot be cashed in for anything. From what I can tell, you spend money to buy medal tokens only to win or lose more of the exact same medal token.
If it’s an arcade, you can use them to play more games. That is all.
